If you have extremely pale coloured carpets that you’re particularly concerned about, please protect these from the front door to the Fireplace in question prior to our arrival.
On arrival we will place our floor sheeting around the immediate area of the fireplace only.

We always TRY to reply at the earliest possible convenience. An evening landline or mobile number that we can reach you on is preferable (but not essential) to a work/daytime number. FROM SEPT to DEC due to busy periods, callbacks are sometimes made of an evening (or very occasionally, the next day), so with this in mind, please say what the LATEST time you are happy for us to phone you back is. We will call you back though – we value your custom ! Please read Q7 in our F.A.Q beforehand, as access elsewhere (e.g. neighbour’s) may be required.
